Staff received training on Jan 15th, 2011 and are now certified in AED training as well as recertified in adult, child and infant CPR! We now have 4 Lifefitness treadmills with flex decks and heart rate monitors. In the fall of 2010, 15 sets of neoprene hand weights were added to our free weight area and have been great addtions to our fitness classes. Check our class schedule and see what works for you! Our balcony now has a floating dnace floor to accommodate our growing dance academy and group fitness classes. In the summer of 2010 we purchased a new EF 566 model Precor-low impact and a great cardio workout. Stop in and try it!
