| CLASSES |
|
STEP & SCULPT (45-60 min.):
Variety of fun yet challenging moves on and off the step to get your heart rate going! Includes toning exercises with hand wts and tubes to really pump you up.Try It!

CROSS TRAINING (45-60 min.):
a fantastic cardio/strength building work out utilizing 3 min. of step aerobics followed by 30 sec. of upper body toning using the selectorized circuit at your own pace. Build muscle and burn fat…you’ll love it!

CIRCUIT EXPRESS (30-45 min.):
Lose weight and inches. Alternating 45 sec. of upper and lower body circuit weight with cardio challenges for a fast fun workout! Adjust the intensity of your workout with the help of an instructor. For everyone!

STEP AND PUMP (45 min.):
learn some free weights in a fun group class! Become stronger leaner.. 2 minutes of basic step aerobics followed by a minute of free weight and universal gym stations to pump it up!
Just do it!

FITBALL (45 min.):
Try something different! Class includes cardio with stability ball training.. Exercises to strengthen the entire body while enhancing stability and balance. May use hand weights, tubing and bands and step to add variety. Increase flexibility and shape up!

ZUMBA (60 min.):
try this energizing Latin dance inspired cardio workout! Achieve maximizing calorie output, fat burning and total body toning---fast fun and easy!

CARDIO/WEIGHT INTERVAL (45-60 min.):
bursts of cardio aerobic training with body sculpting segments. Use steps, medicine balls, hand weights and your own body weight to change your shape! **NEW**

FORM & FUNCTION INTERVAL TRAINING (45 min):
Low impact/high intensity cardio intervals combined with weight training for a fantastic over all tone! Use light to moderate hand weights and medicine balls. Just try it! ** NEW**

BOOT CAMP (45-60 min.):
an energizing blend of cardio training and weight lifting to burn fat and calories while giving you a total body workout. Use of steps, free weights and the selectorized circuit for a challenging variety!

55 + FITT (45-60 min.):
8 Week ongoing program targeting individuals 55 and older but open to all members. Focus on stretching, strengthening, abdominal exercises and back stabilization. Improve muscle tone and balance with a unique blend of yoga, pilates, calisthentics and floor aerobics. Lots of laughs. Come join us!

DANCE ACADEMY (30 min.):
youth dance classes ages 3 and older in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop meet Oct – May with a formal dance recital in May. Meets 5-8 pm Mon-Thurs evenings. Spots limited! DeAnne Boegli Director

STAR MARTIAL ARTS (1 hr.):
youth and adult tae kwon do classes meet at BHF on Saturdays 10am learn the fundamentals of tae kwon do and develop self confidence, integrity, self discipline while improving strength, balance and coordination. Youth session ages 6-12 from 10 - 11am and ages 12 - adult 11:30 -12:30. Chad Berg Instructor.
