CLASSES
STEP & SCULPT (45 min.): Variety of fun yet challenging moves on and off the step to get your heart rate going! Includes toning exercises with hand wts and tubes to really pump you up.Try It!
CROSS TRAINING (45-60 min.): a fantastic cardio/strength building work out utilizing 3 min. of step aerobics followed by 30 sec. of upper body toning using the selectorized circuit at your own pace. Build muscle and burn fat…you’ll love it!
CIRCUIT EXPRESS (30-45 min.): Lose weightand inches. Alternating 45 sec. of upper and lower body circuit weight with cardio challenges for a fast fun workout! Adjust the intensity of your workout with the help of an instructor. For everyone!
STEP AND PUMP (45 min.): learn some free weights in a fun group class! Become stronger leaner.. 2 minutes of basic step aerobics followed by a minute of free weight and universal gym stations to pump it up! Just do it!
SCULPTING AND CONDITIONING (60 min.): alternating weight resistance and cardio stations set up in a circuit format. Complete a station, advance to the next. Fantastic workout variety to help you burn fat at your own pace. For everyone!
PILATES (30-45 min.): Series of challenging yet gentle musculoskeletal exercises that will strengthen the core and tone those muscles for that long lean look…down on the mat and do it!
FITBALL (45 min.): Try something different! Class includes cardio with stability ball training..Exercises to strengthen the entire body while enhanciug stability and balance. May use hand weights, tubing and bands and step to add variety. Increase flexibility and shape up!
STEP & TONE (30-45 min.): Total Body work out class using a variety of equipment including steps to challenge the beginner as well as the advanced exerciser. Will include aerobic activity and toning.
KICKBOX (45 min.): Have fun with the jabs and kicks this challenging class will present and lose inches and pounds! For all levels.
STEP AEROBICS (45-60 min.): Always a favorite get the heart pumped doing fun and challenging step combinations. Great way to lose weight and inches!


PROGRAMS
55 + FITT (60 min.): 8 Week ongoing program targeting individuals 55 and older but open to all members. Focus on stretching, strengthening, abdominal exercises and back stabilization. Improve muscle tone and balance with a unique blend of yoga, pilates, calisthentics and floor aerobics. Lots of laughs. Come join us!
TAE KWON DO (45-60 min.): 10 week sessions ages 6 to adult. Meet on Thurs eve. Learn the fundamental of tae kwon do, a martial arts form that has been around for 2000 years. Develop self confidence, integrity, self discipline and a positive attitude while improving strength, balance and coordination. Give it a try!
DANCE ACADEMY (30 min.): ages 3 and older learn ballet, tap, jazz in a safe fun environment. Begins in Oct. and ends with a formal recital May. Spots limited!
TUMBLING (4 week sessions): kids ages 4 and older learn basic tumbling and gymnastic skills with the use of fun movements and props that they will enjoy!
